Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

Customers have the right to return or replace any purchased items within 7 days of receipt if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was received.

Items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging, unused, and with all certificates (if applicable) to qualify for a return.

While initiating a return, customers must provide supporting photos/videos as proof of the issue.

Returns will be picked up from the same address where the product was originally delivered.

Kindly report missing item cases within 72 hours of delivery, failing which the claim may not be entertained.

Non-Returnable Items

Items are not eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • The product has been customized or personalized.
  • Digital astrology services, reports, or consultations have already been delivered.

Process

Initiation
Contact our customer support at info@nakshatraai.ai with your Order ID and details of the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

Approval
Await confirmation and approval from our support team. Upon approval, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.

Pickup
After approval, the return will be arranged from the registered delivery address, wherever service is available.

Refund

For eligible products returned within the 7-day return window, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Partial returns of an order will result in a refund only for the value of the returned product(s).

Replacement

If the customer has opted for a replacement, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned product has been received and verified. Replacement orders are generally dispatched within 4 business days of receiving the returned product.
